Shipping & Delivery

Your order will be shipped within 1 business day. For example, if you place your order on Monday, then your order will be shipped out either on Monday or the next day (Tuesday). All orders will ship from the United States through UPS. During rare circumstances, there will be delays listed at checkout.

My Custom Heart understands that gifts cannot arrive late. Typically, an order will arrive in 1-4 business days after it is ordered throughout the continental United States. Shipping may take longer for international shipments.
