Política de reembolso


Our Refund Policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them in. They must also be in the original packaging. Once the items are returned to us we will inspect them and then initiate your refund. If your items are not returned to us, then we do not permit a refund.

Refunds will not be granted for personalized products or any food product. This includes custom picture frames, custom notes, and any chocolates or candies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Also, the cost of shipping your order is non-refundable. 


If your product arrives damaged we will require photo evidence of the damage within 5 days of delivery. These photos can be sent to support@mucustomheart.com. Once inspected for damage, we can send a replacement or initiate a refund. If we are not contacted about damaged items and we do not receive photo evidence of the damage, we do not permit a refund. 

If you do not find your package after your tracking information shows it was delivered, send an email to support@mycustomheart.com to inform us. If we are not contacted about a missing package, we do not permit a refund. 

We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for customer error due to incorrect shipping address information. Shipping is a service you purchase from FedEx/UPS/USPS along with your order from us, all shipping disputes must be handled by the customer directly with USPS, UPS, or FedEx.


We guarantee that all products purchased from us are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. If your product is found to be defective, please notify us within 30 days of purchase.

If your purchase was covered under a warranty and your product fails due to a manufacturing defect after the 30-day period, please send it back to us for repair or replacement. A product can only be covered under warranty 1 time. Once it is replaced or repaired, it will no longer be covered under a warranty.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper care. It also does not cover lost items.
