OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. HOW TO ENTER

There are two (2) methods of entry:

  1. Purchase Method
    • Receive one (1) entry for every $50 (USD) spent on My Custom Heart products (subtotal, excluding taxes/shipping) at mycustomheart.com during the Promotion Period.
    • Multiple qualifying purchases can earn multiple entries, up to ten (10) total entries per person.
    • Returns or refunds on purchases prior to winner selection may void related entries.
  2. No Purchase Necessary (Free Entry) Method
    1. To enter without a purchase, mail a 4x6 postcard that includes: (1) Your full name, (2) Email address, (3) and mailing address to the address below. No additional content is required.

    • Mail a 4x6 postcard including:
    • Postcards must be postmarked within the Promotion Period and received by February 17, 2025.
    • Each valid postcard counts as one (1) entry. Maximum ten (10) entries via postcard per person.
    • Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, or illegible entries.

Entry Limit: Regardless of entry method(s), each person is limited to a total of ten (10) entries. Attempts to exceed this limit may result in disqualification of all entries for that entrant.

2. SPONSOR

The “My Custom Heart Valentine’s Day Romantic Getaway (or $2,000 Cash) Giveaway” (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by My Custom Heart (“Sponsor”), located at 1210 S. Indiana Avenue #2611 Chicago, IL 60605, Attn: Giveaway Department.

3. ELIGIBILITY

  • Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
  • Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
  • Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or those living in the same household are not eligible.
  • The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

4. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Promotion begins on January 10, 2025 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on February 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received before or after this timeframe are not eligible.

5. PRIZE & APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV)

  • Grand Prize (1 Winner): Winner’s choice of (A) a 3-night trip for two (2) to Santorini, Greece, including roundtrip economy airfare, hotel accommodations in Oia, and one (1) romantic dinner for two OR (B) $2,000 cash.
  • ARV: $2,000 for either option.

Trip Details (if chosen):

  • Travel dates and arrangements will be at Sponsor’s discretion and subject to availability.
  • Winner is responsible for all costs not specifically mentioned (e.g., additional meals, transfers, travel insurance, baggage fees, personal expenses).
  • Sponsor makes no guarantee about the quality or availability of accommodations provided by third parties.
  • If winner chooses the cash alternative, they will receive a one-time payment of $2,000 in lieu of the trip.
  • If the cost of the selected trip option exceeds $2,000, the winner will be responsible for the difference.
  • Sponsor is not responsible for additional expenses, including but not limited to baggage fees, travel insurance, or incidental charges.

6. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS

  • Sponsor (or its authorized representative) will conduct a random drawing on or about February 18, 2025 from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
  • The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS

  • The potential winner will be notified by email (or the contact information provided) on or about February 18, 2025.
  • The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, within a timeframe specified by Sponsor.
  • If the potential winner does not respond or fails to return all required documents within the specified time, if they are found to be ineligible, or if the prize notification is undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
  • If the initial winner does not respond within 7 days or is deemed ineligible, up to two (2) alternate winners will be selected. If no eligible winner is confirmed after the second alternate, the prize will be forfeited.
  • For residents of New York: The winner’s name and city will be made available upon request. To obtain this information, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: My Custom Heart Valentine’s Day Giveaway, 1210 S. Indiana Avenue #2611, Chicago, IL 60605. Requests must be received within 90 days after the promotion ends.
  • The prize will be awarded within 30 days of winner verification, subject to completion of all required documentation.

8. PUBLICITY RELEASE

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, photographs, voices, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes without further payment or consideration.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
  • Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner.
  • Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law; should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies.

10. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. DISPUTES & CHOICE OF LAW

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of this Promotion shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, in the appropriate state or federal court located in Illinois. All issues concerning these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Illinois, without giving effect to conflict of law rules.

This Promotion complies with all applicable Florida and New York laws. No registration or bonding is required as the total prize value does not exceed $5,000.

12. TAXES

Prizes valued at $600 or more will be reported to the IRS. The winner must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 before receiving the prize.

All federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with the receipt of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor reserves the right to request the winner’s social security number or taxpayer ID for the purpose of issuing a Form 1099-MISC or other tax documentation if required by law.

13. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may use and disclose their information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://mycustomheart.com/policies/privacy-policy.

14. WINNER’S LIST / OFFICIAL RULES

To obtain a copy of these Official Rules or the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope (VT residents may omit return postage) to:

15. SOCIAL MEDIA DISCLAIMER

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, Youtube, or any other social media platform. By entering, you release Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, Youtube and all social media platforms from any responsibility related to this promotion. Entrants understand they are providing information to Sponsor and not to any social media platform.

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.
