When will my order ship?
Your order will be shipped within 1 business day. For example, if you place your order on Monday, then your order will be shipped out either on Monday or the next day (Tuesday). All orders will ship from the United States through UPS.
During rare circumstances, there will be delays. Any delays should be listed at checkout when selecting your shipping option.
How long does delivery take?
My Custom Heart ® understands that gifts cannot arrive late, and this leads us to be as transparent with shipping times as possible. To receive the exact date to expect your order, at checkout you can see your shipping options and the day your order is expected to arrive. Typically, an order will arrive in 1-4 business days after it is ordered throughout the continental United States, shipping may take longer for international shipments.
