Shipping policy

All orders ship from the United States via UPS. In rare circumstances, including unexpected demand during holidays, processing and delivery delays may occur.

Any delivery dates shown at checkout or in shipping confirmations are estimates, not guarantees. Processing time (time to prepare your order) and carrier transit time are separate. Carrier transit times are outside our control and may be affected by weather, holidays, and carrier delays.

International Shipments

All international orders (outside of the USA) are shipped via DHL. International shipments may experience delays, any stated delivery dates are the carrier's best estimate.
